At Owl & Moon, all handcrafted bath & body products are made with care and intention, which means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on these personal items. Likewise, digital downloads and courses are non-refundable once purchased.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to replace the item.
